Susan Renaldo serves on the Board of Connections Mentoring, where she is committed to expanding opportunities for young people through programs that provide mentorship, guidance, and pathways to success. Her commitment to mentoring is deeply personal. When Susan’s grandparents, and later her mother, welcomed foster children into their home, she saw firsthand the difference that stability, encouragement, and positive adult role models can make in a young person’s life. Through these experiences, she developed a strong appreciation for the importance of mentoring, especially for older children navigating critical life transitions.
In addition to her nonprofit work, Susan is the founder of Susan Renaldo Consulting, where she advises organizations on post-merger integration, operational efficiency, and organizational change. She brings decades of leadership experience in the technology and advertising sectors, including serving as President and COO of CoreMedia Systems until its successful acquisition. She holds a BBA in Accounting from Niagara University.
In her free time, she enjoys NYC culture and traveling and is the proud mother of her two adult children, Danielle and Matthew.
